2015-11-18:
  * Laura & Random reported that the machine seemed to be broken

2016-1-28:
  * Mike opened it up and found that there is an unknown fault on the power supply board - similar to its initial fault.

2016-12-13:
  * Martin has fixed the power supply fault.
