Coffee

The lab currently has a DeLonghi Magnifica ESAM 4200.S bean to cup espresso machine.

Coffee from this machines costs 50p.

The green marks show some settings that get decent coffee. Adjust them if you like, but please put them back afterwards. The settings are:

1. Water at just below 9 o clock
2. Dose at around 2 o clock
3. Grind set to 1 - as fine as it will go.

When you change the grind size, it will take around 3 shots to properly purge and be the new grind size. For this reason, please try not to change it back and forth too much - it makes things inconsistent.

We're between beans at the moment.
