What are we bringing?

Minibus - Personal Luggage:

(we can assume that most people will bring a tent, a sleeping pad, a sleeping bag and personal luggage roughly equivalent to a medium backpack)

  • Quorn Best Of British Vegetarian sausages or Cauldron vegetarian sausages (any variety)

For chilli

  • 400g tin Chopped Tomatoes x 5
  • 1 tube tomato puree
  • 400g tin Red Kidney Beans x 4
  • 400g tin Butter beans x 3
  • 400g tin Black Eyed Beans x 3 (or any mix of available beans)
  • Mixed Peppers x 3 bags of 3 ( which means 9 peppers in total)
  • Onion x 5
  • Garlic cloves x 10 individual cloves (Prob about 2 bulbs)
  • Ground Cumin
  • Ground Corriander
  • Chilli powder
  • Grated cheese for on top of chilli (Optional)
  • 1.2Kg Rice (based on 60g portion per person)
