What are we bringing?
Minibus - Personal Luggage:
(we can assume that most people will bring a tent, a sleeping pad, a sleeping bag and personal luggage roughly equivalent to a medium backpack)

For chilli
- 400g tin Chopped Tomatoes x 5
- 1 tube tomato puree
- 400g tin Red Kidney Beans x 4
- 400g tin Butter beans x 3
- 400g tin Black Eyed Beans x 3 (or any mix of available beans)
- Mixed Peppers x 3 bags of 3 ( which means 9 peppers in total)
- Onion x 5
- Garlic cloves x 10 individual cloves (Prob about 2 bulbs)
- Ground Cumin
- Ground Corriander
- Chilli powder
- Grated cheese for on top of chilli (Optional)
- 1.2Kg Rice (based on 60g portion per person)
