Basic plan
Purchasing 8pcs 6S 10Ah 10C capable LiPo batteries from:

It would give us 1776Wh pack (e-bike batteries are usually about 400-500Wh) Immediate available power - 17 760kW.
We have electric motor capable of 4kW or so:

We would need a ESC to power 3-phase motors, or DC motors from mobility scooters (about £20 from charity shops).
